How do I know the gift was actually distributed?

You receive a written confirmation by email or message once the distribution is complete. For Umrah Badal and Qurbani we share a short video or photograph where it is practical.

Can I send this gift on behalf of a parent or someone who has passed away?

Yes. Add the name in order notes at checkout. The name is recorded on your order and, where the gift category allows, used as the intention at the time of distribution.

Is anything shipped to my home?

No. The gift is distributed locally in Makkah or Madinah. You receive a written confirmation, not a physical shipment.

When will the gift be distributed?

Most distribution gifts complete within a few days to two weeks of the order. Umrah Badal is usually a few weeks. Eid-ul-Adha Qurbani is performed on the assigned Eid days for that season.
