How an order actually works
- You place the order. Choose the gift, choose the option (quantity, city, or variant), and add any name(s) the gift should be "on behalf of" in order notes or at checkout.
- We confirm the order. You receive a confirmation by email. For time-sensitive services like Umrah Badal or Qurbani, we follow up with realistic timing.
- Our local team coordinates. The gift is arranged on the ground in Makkah or Madinah. Items are purchased locally where applicable, and distributed during a sensible window for the city and season.
- You receive completion confirmation. For most product gifts (water, meals, Qur'an, prayer mats) the confirmation is a written message. For services like Umrah Badal and Qurbani, where we can, a short video or photo is shared as proof of completion.
What we do not promise
We avoid promises we cannot honestly keep. We do not promise an exact hour or day of completion. We do not promise a specific breed, weight, or distribution location for Qurbani unless that is stated in the variant you selected. We do not give rulings on your specific Shariah question. For that, please consult a trusted scholar. We do not claim charity status or tax-deductibility.
