Welcome to Gifts For Haramain. By accessing or using giftsforharamain.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1) About Gifts For Haramain

Gifts For Haramain is an online gifting platform offering both:

  • Service-based Haramain arrangements (for example: water distribution, meals, prayer essentials support, Qur’an gifting/placement, mobility support, Qurbani services), and
  • Physical products (where offered), and
  • Digital products (where offered, such as downloadable resources).

Some orders are arranged locally in Makkah/Madinah based on the option you select on the product page. Others may be shipped or delivered depending on the listing and checkout selection.

We are a commercial gifting platform. We are not a fundraising platform or a welfare organization.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You can enter into a legally binding agreement, and
  • The information you provide (name, contact details, order notes) is accurate.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for activity under your account.

3) Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order in reasonable cases, including:

  • Product/service availability issues
  • Incomplete or incorrect order details
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Pricing or listing errors

Once an order is confirmed, we begin coordination based on your selected variant and checkout notes.

4) Service-Based Fulfillment (Local Arrangements)

For service-based listings (for example: distributions, gifting arrangements, Qurbani, mobility support), you understand that:

  • Fulfillment depends on local availability, scheduling, and guidelines.
  • Certain details may vary (for example: brand, packaging, exact timing, model/type) unless clearly specified in your selected variant.
  • We aim to fulfill honestly and carefully, but we do not promise “exact hour” completion unless a specific option clearly states it.

If you have a requirement (for example: preferred timing, size, or special need), you should add it in Order Notes. We will follow it where feasible, based on availability.

5) Delivery & Shipping

Delivery method depends on the product type and the option you select:

  • Many Haramain listings are arranged locally and are not shipped to your personal address.
  • If a listing includes shipping or personal delivery as an option, it will be stated on that product page and handled accordingly.

You are responsible for reviewing the product page and choosing the correct variant/option before checkout.

6) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders keep the price paid at purchase time.
  • In case of a clear pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

We use third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds depend on whether fulfillment has started and on the product type.

  • For many service-based orders, once coordination/purchasing/dispatch begins, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Physical items may have return rules depending on condition and product type.
  • Digital products are generally non-refundable after download/access.

8) Product Information & Availability

We describe items and services as clearly as possible. However:

  • Product images are often illustrative and may not represent every batch or variant.
  • Some specifications may vary due to supplier availability (especially for local arrangements).
  • We do not make “official/original” claims unless explicitly stated on the product page.

If something is important to you (size, model, language, script, packing), choose the correct variant if available and add a note at checkout.

9) Proper Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful activity
  • Attempt to disrupt site security or payment systems
  • Provide false information to force refunds or mislead support
  • Copy, reproduce, or resell our content without permission

We may restrict access or cancel orders in cases of misuse or abuse.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We work to provide a reliable experience, but the website and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for delays or restrictions caused by events outside our control (for example: crowd conditions, local supply issues, access limitations, network outages).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
