Our Story

Gifts For Haramain started with a simple frustration. Most online ways to send a gift to pilgrims at the Haramain felt unclear, rushed, and hard to trust. You would pay, hope, and rarely hear back. We wanted to build the opposite of that. A store where you know exactly what you are buying, who is handling it on the ground, and what to expect.

We are not a charity, and we are not a marketplace. We are a small team that coordinates a handful of meaningful gift categories: water, meals, Qur'an and prayer essentials, mobility support, Sunnah items, Qurbani, and Umrah Badal. Our local team handles every order on the ground in Makkah and Madinah. We keep the catalogue small on purpose, and we say no to gift ideas we cannot honestly fulfil.

What we do

We coordinate a small set of carefully chosen Haramain gifts:

Every order is arranged on the ground, with a written confirmation after distribution. For Umrah Badal and Qurbani where practical, we also share a short video clip as proof.

How we keep things clear

Clarity is not a slogan. It is a standard we follow on every product page. You should never need to guess the next step after placing an order. If a gift is seasonal (Iftar meals during Ramadan, Qurbani during Eid-ul-Adha), we say so upfront. If a service has timing variance (Umrah Badal scheduling, Qurbani during peak Eid days), we say so on the product page rather than hide it in fine print.

How we choose what to sell

We carry fewer items than a typical marketplace, with stronger reasons for each to exist. We do not list gifts that look good in a thumbnail but cannot be honestly distributed. If a category is not ready for us to handle confidently with a clear process and a real local arrangement, we wait until it is. The catalogue grows slowly on purpose.
