How do I place an order?

Choose a gift, add the recipient name at checkout, and pay securely online. We handle everything else locally in Makkah or Madinah.

Can I order from outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes — most of our customers order from the USA, UK, UAE, Australia and beyond. Because our team delivers locally, your location never affects delivery.

Delivery

How do I know my gift was actually delivered?

Every delivery is confirmed with photos or video sent to your email, and each order has a verifiable certificate on our verification page.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 2–7 business days depending on the gift. See Shipping & Delivery.

Payments & refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and wallets supported by our secure Shopify checkout.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

If a gift cannot be delivered as described, we will re-deliver or refund you in full. Contact us within 30 days of your order.
