How delivery works
Gifts For Haramain is a gift delivery service. You place an order online, and our local team in Makkah or Madinah delivers your chosen gift on your behalf — you never need to ship anything yourself.
Delivery timeline
- Standard gifts (water, meals, travel essentials): typically delivered within 2–5 business days of your order.
- Larger gifts (wheelchairs, seated-comfort chairs): typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on stock and season.
- Peak seasons: during busy travel seasons delivery can take longer; we will keep you updated by email.
Delivery confirmation
Every order includes confirmation once your gift has been delivered — photos or video depending on the gift — sent to your email. You can also verify your delivery certificate on our Certificate Verification page.
Personalisation
Most gifts can be sent in the name of a person you choose — yourself, a parent, a friend, or someone you want to honour. Add the name at checkout.
